Do you have any actual formal qualifications?
My actual qualifications are my awakenings, their embodiment and the decade+ of studies and daily practice from which I've curated my teaching library, but, sure, I've some formal qualifications, too:

- 200 hour Hatha-Vinyasa yoga teacher certification
- Tantra Practitioner's Training (International School of Temple Arts)
- Somatic & Tantric Meditation Teaching (Body Love Tantra School)
- Reiki Master initiation and diploma
- BA Acting and Stage Combat, University of Essex
- MSt Creative Writing, University of Cambridge
- Diploma in Pedagogy, University of South-East Norway
Your Kundalini awakening sounds Intense.
Is it safe? Why would I want that?
Kundalini is the fire of life. Literally. It's meant to flow; it’s natural. You can put a lid on life to try to make it safe, but it will either boil over, or your life will be frozen in the frequency range between tepid and cold. It is the repression (lid) that causes the explosion (boiling over) – even then, I’d take a geysir over a puddle any day. The geysir flows and ultimately leads to the ocean of universal consciousness; the puddle stays where it is. And gets stepped on.
Furthermore, it should be pointed out that my awakening was not actually the result of any Kundalini-based practice; it was – ironically – the result of NOT having done any such practice, and having no qualified teacher to guide me through it.
